Once an employer is registered in the employer database then they can enter their job opening into the job opening module. Once the job opening is created then this will be opened for view to the candidate as well as the recruiting agents.

Create Matching Job Application:
From this module both employer, employee and recruiting agent can apply the matching job opening.

Update Application Status regularly:
In this module the status of each job application are maintained. The status could be applied, under process, short listed, not short listed or any other matching status.
