An Ideal system for manufacturing industries with mass scale or one to one order basis manufacturing process. 

Here process is divided stages; Input, process and Output. The above sequences is repeated for all the 7 production sequences

The details of Input process and Output are mentioned below:

1. INPUT:Input are the items that require to start any process. The Input can be grouped under:-
   1. Raw Materials: Those are generally purchased from outside or manufactured in house in other process
   2. WIP:manufactured in previous process and waiting for further process.
2. PROCESS:Any production processes can be grouped under:
   1. Manual Process:Example Packaging of finished products that done manually
   2. Machine Process:Examplelabelling of bottles of drinking water.
   3. Others:Example ageing of chemicals. After process needs to age for a certain time period before proceed to next operation
3. OUTPUT: Final output of a process. These final output can be grouped under:
   1. Finished Products: Those are ready for marketing.
   2. WIP: WIP for the same product manufacturing process.
   3. Rework: Those do not match quality standard and need rework.
   4. Scrap: Those scrapped in the process and not possible to rework.
